We rebuilt Golden Mile NKY from a constrained Wix site into a high-performance Next.js platform.
In 4 weeks, we delivered a 12-page website with perfect Lighthouse scores and a stronger technical foundation for search visibility and lead generation.

Golden Mile NKY came to us with an existing Wix website that limited performance, SEO control, and long-term flexibility. We migrated the site to a modern Next.js architecture, restructured the experience for future growth, and launched a faster, cleaner platform that now scores 99/100 on Performance and 100/100 across SEO, Accessibility, and Best Practices.

Challenges & Solutions
What stood in the way, and how we cleared it.
Wix limited performance and front-end efficiency
The previous Wix site was constrained by heavy JavaScript bundles, proprietary rendering patterns, and limited control over performance tuning. That made it difficult to deliver the fast load times expected from a modern business website.
We rebuilt the site in Next.js with route-based code splitting, optimized asset delivery, and a leaner front-end architecture designed for speed.
The old platform restricted SEO control
Wix created limitations around server-side rendering, metadata flexibility, and deeper technical SEO implementation. The original site also lacked meaningful on-page content and indexable structure.
We migrated the site to Next.js so we could implement a cleaner semantic structure, stronger metadata control, and a search-ready technical foundation.
Vendor lock-in reduced long-term flexibility
On Wix, the client did not have the same level of code ownership, deployment freedom, or integration flexibility needed for future growth.
We moved Golden Mile NKY to a custom Next.js codebase, giving the client a portable, extensible platform with room for custom logic, integrations, and ongoing iteration.
The original site lacked clear conversion structure
The site analysis showed minimal visible content, no strong calls to action, and weak trust-building elements. Visitors had little context about what the business offered or what action to take next.
We restructured the information architecture around a clearer homepage flow, service visibility, contact pathways, and a more intentional lead-generation experience.
Our Strategy
A phased approach to delivering measurable results.

- Accessibility improvements
- Lighthouse QA and launch checks
Results
Measurable outcomes that speak for themselves.
Early search visibility after launch
Within the first 28 days, the new site began earning impressions in Google search results despite starting from a weak SEO baseline.
MeasuredStrong early organic click-through rate
Although visibility is still early-stage, the site's search listings converted impressions into clicks at a promising rate.
MeasuredFull site migration completed in 4 weeks
We moved the client off Wix and launched a complete 12-page custom website on a modern framework in a focused delivery window.
MeasuredPerformance
Desktop Lighthouse, measured September 7, 2026.
Site Architecture
12 pages structured across 2 content categories.
Tech Stack
The technologies and tools powering this project.
We used Next.js to replace Wix with a faster, more flexible framework that supports modern rendering, optimization, and long-term scalability.
We built the interface in React to create reusable components and a maintainable front-end system.
We used JavaScript to power the application logic and front-end interactions.
We implemented semantic HTML to improve accessibility, structure, and SEO readiness.
We used modern CSS for responsive layouts, visual consistency, and polished presentation across devices.
We used Lighthouse to validate performance, SEO, accessibility, and best-practice quality before and after launch.
We used Search Console data to measure early organic impressions, clicks, CTR, and average search position.
