We turned building research into condo leads
A Cincinnati condo site rebuilt around the way buyers actually shop: building first, then unit, then what's for sale now.
Cincinnati Condo Connection is the condo-only site of Maria Walley, a Realtor with Comey & Shepherd Realtors. Her original site left buyers to work through dense building information and a separate listings button. We rebuilt it on Next.js in November 2025, then moved it onto Sonor in September 2026 with live MLS data, per-building listing alerts and CRM routing.

Challenges & Solutions
What stood in the way, and how we cleared it.
A building page didn't answer the building question
Condo buyers compare a specific building, a specific unit and the listings available there now. Maria's original Edgecliff page, as the Wayback Machine archived it in August 2024, put the building's details in small gray type beside a photo slideshow and showed no listings, only a button to see them.
We made each building page the place to learn about the property and, for her Ohio buildings, see the condos for sale there.
The MLS didn't know the unit number
Maria's MLS feed has no unit-number field at all, so an address alone couldn't tell a buyer which condo was for sale.
We checked every field the feed sends, then used parcel numbers to look up each unit at the Hamilton County Auditor.
The old listing sync had stopped
The old site matched listings to buildings in its own sync scripts, and those had stopped running, so new listings weren't reaching building pages.
We wired CincyMLS data into Sonor's real-estate module and automated the building match.
An inquiry needed more than a name and email
A Realtor needs to know whether a lead came from a building, listing or neighborhood before following up.
We routed every inquiry into Sonor's CRM, and inquiries from building, listing and neighborhood pages carry the page they came from.
Edgecliff Private Residences, then and now
The same building page as the Wayback Machine archived it on August 3, 2024 (the archive can't load its map), and live on September 22, 2026. Further down, the new page lists the condos for sale there, each with its unit number.

The building page is where the decision happens
Her original site put a building's details in small gray text next to a button that led somewhere else for listings. We designed every building page to answer both questions at once: what is this building, and what's for sale there right now.

Our Strategy
A phased approach to delivering measurable results.
Put the listings on the building page
In November 2025 we rebuilt the site on Next.js so each building page could explain itself and show the condos for sale there, with an inquiry form on every building, listing and neighborhood page.
- Next.js website
- Building pages with their listings
- Neighborhood guides
- Inquiry forms on every building, listing and neighborhood page
Eight months with no monthly plan
From November 25, 2025 through July 25, 2026 there was no monthly plan, and no work from us after one round of updates in early December. The site brought in 165 inquiries and 11.6K clicks from Google on its own.
- 165 inquiries, spam and sales pitches excluded
- 11.6K Google Search clicks
- 317K search impressions
Wire the site into Sonor
In September 2026, we connected the site to live MLS inventory, CRM records and email alerts, and gave Maria her Sonor sign-in for the admin she already used.
- CincyMLS RESO feed
- Sonor CRM routing
- Per-building listing alerts
- Sonor sign-in for her admin
Find the unit numbers the MLS doesn't send
Her MLS feed has no unit-number field, so we look up each condo's unit at the Hamilton County Auditor by parcel number. 165 of the 189 condos for sale on the site show it on cards, maps, page titles and leads (September 23, 2026).
- Parcel-number lookup
- Unit numbers on cards, maps, titles and leads
Results
Measurable outcomes that speak for themselves.
Inquiries kept coming with no monthly plan
From November 25, 2025 through July 25, 2026, with no monthly plan and no work from us after early December, the Next.js build brought in 165 inquiries (spam, sales pitches and our own test excluded) and 11.6K clicks from 317K Google Search impressions.
measuredLive listings find their building
The CincyMLS feed carries 231 condo listings (189 for sale, 42 pending, September 23, 2026), and Sonor matches the ones in Maria's 105 buildings to their building pages automatically. On day one it matched 74, active and pending, to 27 buildings, agreeing with every address the old site had placed.
measuredUnit numbers the MLS doesn't send
A parcel-number lookup at the county auditor supplies the unit the MLS leaves out, on cards, maps, page titles and inquiries.
measuredEvery past inquiry came into the new CRM
We moved all 212 past inquiries into Sonor's CRM (spam, sales pitches and our own test excluded), and new inquiries from building, listing and neighborhood pages carry the page they came from.
measuredFaster on phones, with no third-party cookies on page view
Maps and video tours load on click, so a page view sets no Google or Vimeo cookies. Mobile Lighthouse Performance went from 66 on the original site to 96 on the live home page today (median of 3 PageSpeed Insights runs, September 23, 2026), with 100 for Accessibility, Best Practices and SEO.

Google Search, eight months with no monthly plan
Google Search Console for November 25, 2025 through July 25, 2026. With no monthly plan and no work from us after early December, the site earned 11.6K clicks from 317K impressions, a 3.6% click-through rate at an average position of 10.3. Tech Stack
The technologies and tools powering this project.
We used Next.js for the rebuilt condo discovery site and its reusable building pages.
React runs the listing search, maps and inquiry forms.
We used Sonor for the live MLS feed, lead records and alerts, and for Maria's sign-in to her own admin.
Maria's building content stays in the site's own Supabase database, separate from Sonor, and she edits it from her admin.
We used the live MLS feed to publish active condo inventory to the relevant building pages.
We used parcel records to resolve condo unit numbers the MLS feed doesn't send.
The site runs on Netlify.
