Civil Solutions needed a brand-new website that could introduce the Legacy Clay Classic clearly, guide visitors toward registration and sponsorship opportunities, and present the event with credibility from day one. We delivered a Next.js website that has 24 pages in its live sitemap as of October 12, 2026, and it measured 100/100 desktop Lighthouse scores across Performance, SEO, Accessibility, and Best Practices (median of three runs, September 7, 2026).

Where the heat was.

We gave the Legacy Clay Classic a credible digital destination for registration, sponsorship, and event participation.

We were asked to give Civil Solutions a dedicated Legacy Clay Classic website that explained the event clearly and turned visitor interest into registration and sponsorship intent.

The problem

Four things stood in the way.

What the work had to clear, and how each one was cleared.

  1. Challenge 1: Creating a Digital Presence From Scratch

Civil Solutions needed a dedicated online presence for the Legacy Clay Classic so visitors could understand the event, explore key details, and take action without relying on disconnected offline communication.

    How we cleared it

We planned and built a complete website architecture around event discovery, registration intent, sponsor credibility, gallery content, honorees, and supporting information.

ResultThe project launched with a structured, scalable site that gave the event a credible online destination from day one.

  2. Challenge 2: Clarifying the Event Story

The event needed to communicate what the Legacy Clay Classic is, who it serves, and why participants and sponsors should get involved.

    How we cleared it

We shaped the site around clear page hierarchy, direct navigation, event-focused messaging, and content sections for sponsors, gallery imagery, honorees, and registration pathways.

ResultVisitors received a clearer path from awareness to action, with content organized around the questions participants and sponsors are most likely to ask.

  3. Challenge 3: Supporting Registration and Sponsorship Intent

For an event-based organization, the website needed to do more than look polished: it needed to help convert interest into registrations, sponsor inquiries, and deeper engagement.

    How we cleared it

We prioritized high-intent sections and pages, including registration, sponsors, event proof points, and calls to action placed around the user journey.

ResultThe launched site gave Civil Solutions a practical platform for driving event participation and sponsor visibility.

  4. Challenge 4: Launching With Technical Quality

Because this was a new public-facing website, it needed to be fast, accessible, search-friendly, and stable immediately at launch.

    How we cleared it

We used a modern Next.js and React foundation, optimized page structure, semantic markup, responsive layouts, and clean technical implementation.

ResultThe live Lighthouse audit measured 100/100 on desktop in Performance, SEO, Accessibility, and Best Practices (median of three runs, September 7, 2026).
